Verification, reports, and complaints

What Agora’s checks mean, where responsibility sits, and how to report a business or offer.

What verification means

A verification indicator means Agora reviewed the information or evidence requested for that verification process at that time. The scope can vary and information can later change.

Verification does not guarantee a participating business, its goods or services, availability, safety, conduct, or every published claim. Residents should still consider the offer conditions and information supplied by the business.

Who is responsible

Participating businesses are responsible for the goods and services they sell, their prices and offer conditions, fulfillment, receipts, customer care, and compliance with obligations that apply to them. Agora provides tools for business discovery, offers, and loyalty cards; it is not the seller of those goods or services.

Report an offer or business

Email support@get-agora.com with the public link or business name, what appears wrong or unsafe, and any useful non-sensitive evidence. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or public authority first.

Agora can review the listing, ask the business for information, correct or remove content, or restrict access when appropriate. A report does not guarantee a particular result.

Complaints

For a problem with goods, services, payment, or fulfillment, contact the participating business first because it handled that transaction. You can also tell Agora when the issue concerns information or behavior on the platform.

Support will acknowledge and assess platform complaints, may request details, and will explain the outcome or next available step when possible. This process does not limit any statutory complaint or consumer remedy.
