Agora’s role
Agora helps residents discover nearby businesses and offers, save offers, and use rewards from loyalty cards offered by participating businesses.
Agora does not sell the underlying goods or services and is not the participating business. The business is responsible for its goods, services, prices, availability, offer conditions, and fulfillment.
Using offers and rewards fairly
Follow the conditions shown with an offer or loyalty card and present My Agora code when asked. Do not alter, duplicate, transfer, or misuse an offer or reward or interfere with the service.
A business may refuse an offer or reward when its published conditions are not met. If the displayed information and the business’s explanation differ, report it so Agora can review the listing.
Accounts and availability
Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information when the service asks for it. Agora may restrict access needed to protect users, participating businesses, or the service.
Agora may change or interrupt features and cannot promise that every business, offer, or loyalty card will remain available. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
