Data used by the service
Agora may process account and contact details, business information, content you submit, saved offers and loyalty activity, approximate or device-provided location when a feature needs it, and technical and security records needed to operate and protect the service.
We use data to provide requested features, secure accounts, prevent misuse, communicate about the service, support users, and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is limited according to operational need.
Cookieless analytics and performance measurement
Agora uses Vercel Web Analytics for public marketing page views and aggregate acquisition events: opening and submitting signup, viewing email confirmation, saving a benefit, and viewing business offer creation confirmation. Events distinguish resident and business audiences without sending account or business identifiers. Agora uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregate loading and interaction performance across public pages and the app.
Measurement uses no analytics cookies. Approved campaign labels are kept in the current tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours to attribute later actions to a campaign. Agora sends only predefined source, medium, campaign, and audience values, never arbitrary query values, email addresses, coordinates, or record identifiers. Public pageviews retain only approved campaign parameters. Conversion event URLs are replaced with the site origin. Performance URLs use generic route templates; tagged public marketing visits are sanitized, while query-bearing or fragment-bearing app events remain blocked. Vercel also processes timestamps, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location, and performance metrics.
Vercel creates a request-derived visitor hash for aggregated audience measurement and discards it after about 24 hours, so it cannot recognize a visitor across different days or websites. Analytics records are retained only while needed for aggregate measurement and applicable operational or legal requirements; the period depends on the record and purpose.
Analytics provider and international transfers
Vercel provides analytics as a service provider processing data under instructions and safeguards. Its primary processing facilities are in the United States, and data may be processed there or where its approved subprocessors operate. Where applicable, international transfers use safeguards described in Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum, including standard contractual clauses.
Agora does not use advertising cookies. For questions, objections, or requests to exercise applicable data rights relating to this measurement, email support@get-agora.com.
Retention and sharing
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the service, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the type of record and why it is held.
Data may be handled by service providers that help operate Agora, under appropriate instructions and safeguards, or disclosed when required by law. Agora does not sell personal data for advertising.
Your choices and rights
