Your public information
Provide accurate, current information about your business, locations, offers, prices, conditions, availability, and loyalty cards. You must have the right to publish all names, text, images, and other material you submit.
Do not publish misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, unsafe, or infringing content. Make material conditions clear before a resident relies on an offer.
Your relationship with residents
Your business—not Agora—sells and supplies the underlying goods or services and is responsible for quality, safety, pricing, taxes, receipts, customer service, fulfillment, and applicable consumer obligations.
Handle resident questions and complaints promptly. Agora may receive reports, request clarification, correct or remove listings, or limit access while reviewing a concern.
Verification and account care
Business verification means Agora reviewed the information or evidence requested for that process at that time. It does not guarantee a business, its products, its services, or every claim it later publishes.
Keep account access secure and limit it to authorized people. Tell support promptly if access or published information may have been compromised.
